How far in advance do I need to order?

To ensure every order is crafted with the freshest ingredients and the highest level of artistry, D&D recommends placing orders at least 3–5 days in advance. This allows Danielle to thoughtfully design each arrangement with meticulous attention to detail.

For larger orders, additional notice is always appreciated. If you have a last-minute request or unexpected occasion, please reach out. D&D will gladly do its best to accommodate your order based on availability.

How long will my cupcakes stay fresh? Do they need to be refrigerated?

Every cupcake is baked fresh to order using premium ingredients. When stored properly, D&D's cupcakes will remain fresh for up to five days.

Store cupcakes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. They may be kept at room temperature or refrigerated. If refrigerated, place them in an airtight container to help preserve freshness and prevent them from absorbing odors. For the best flavor and texture, allow cupcakes to come to room temperature for approximately 30 minutes before serving.

Can I freeze the cupcakes?

Absolutely! D&D's cupcakes freeze beautifully so you can enjoy them later.

For best results:

• Wrap each cupcake individually in plastic wrap to help prevent freezer burn.

• Place the wrapped cupcakes in an airtight container or freezer-safe bag.

• When ready to enjoy, thaw at room temperature for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

Do you offer delivery or pickup?

D&D offers local delivery throughout St. Petersburg and the surrounding Tampa Bay area.

To ensure every cupcake bouquet arrives in pristine condition, D&D does not offer pickup. Each arrangement is personally delivered with the care required to protect its delicate buttercream flowers.

What if no one is home to accept the delivery?

D&D offers reliable delivery to homes and businesses throughout the service area. If no one is available to receive the order, the courier will leave it in a safe location, such as a front porch, lobby, or reception area, when appropriate. The recipient will also be notified once the delivery has been completed.

Do you offer same day delivery?

D&D does not offer same-day delivery. Every cupcake bouquet is baked, piped, and decorated to order, ensuring each arrangement meets Danielle's exacting standards.

If you have a last-minute request, please don't hesitate to inquire. D&D will always do its best to accommodate orders whenever scheduling allows.

Can you make gluten-free cupcakes?

Yes! D&D offers a gluten-free cupcake upgrade. Simply select the Gluten-Free Upgrade option when placing your order.

While D&D takes great care during preparation, all products are made in a home kitchen where wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and other allergens are present. Because cross-contact cannot be completely eliminated, D&D cannot guarantee that any product is entirely allergen-free.
